DO NOT SIGN UP WITH Harleys Construction and Restoration! They are running something similar to a Ponzi scheme. They are like ambulance chasers but they chase storms! When a storm hits a community these bottom feeders will go house to house claiming they will fix damage and even do extras with no out of pocket from the homeowner as they bill your insurance. They collect enormous checks from the insurance company and never complete the work! My sister was one of this pathetic companys victims as they preyed on her vulnerability. They did come out and tear off her hail damaged roof only to leave it uncovered and unprotected going on months now! She now has water damage inside the house and still no roof! Promises and excuses is all they give! She is beyond devastated as her home is now destroyed!

Had Harleys put a rubber roof on part of my house. Estimate included stripping roof , flashngs, dumpster clean up . Apply base and the rubber roof.What I got, two guys with rollers that ************** roof over shingles.What I have, leaking roof as of03/24/2022

We have no record of you as a customer in our system. We warranty our work. If there is any issue with installs done by our company we will come out and have it fixed.
