On 11-4-2021 I took my ***** Camaro to Church and Sons Automotive for Diagnostics. After the ****************** and Sons in for me I would need a actuator and a Hvac door replaced, which they would charge me $1,500 to complete the repair.On 11-12-2021 I took my ***** Camaro to *** Automotive for a second diagnostic to assure what the problem was and to obtain a better quote. I spoke with ******* who was working the front counter at *** Automotive and I informed him of my first Diagnostics with church and son and inform him that they said I needed a actuator and **** repair and they would charge me $1,500 to make the repair and I am bringing it to you guys for a second opinion and a better quote. ******* of *** Automotive called me later on that day to inform me that I only need a actuator replaced and repaired which would cost me $630. I gave ******* authorization to make the actuator repair at that cost of $630. Later on that day when I went to pick up my ***** Camaro I still had no heat and ******* inform me that I also needed the **** door repaired at which it would cost me an additional $1,350 which would bring the total cost other repair to over $1,900. Because of the Miss Diagnostics of ABC Auto Repair the cost would exceed being price I would have paid had I went to church and Sons Automotive Repair. ******* said he would speak with the owner to see if he can make any price adjustments because of this error. The following day I was informed that the owner would not make any adjustments and because *** had already started repairs allow them to finish. I am requesting $480 back do to the over charge and Miss Diagnostics. Again I am for ******* I could have had this repair done for **** at church and Son automotive. $ ****** actuator $ ******* Hvac Totals $1980.00 $1980.00 *** Auto $****.00 ************ Auto Difference of $480 which I am requesting back go to the next Diagnostics which I feel was done purposely
