      Bought a 2023 Traverse not even a month ago and I have taken it back and forth for electrical issues. ** refuse to buy back because they said it's not a mother problem.

      My wife leased a 2019 ************ Lt from this place and the car ran perfectly, was beautiful and had every feature we looked for in a vehicle at the time. Fresh out of school needed something reliable this was the car for us. Well after two and half years of owning it with no problems at all. The transmission shifter cable linkage went bad. (Car wouldnt turn off when put in park) ok no big deal. Its a lease, you should be able to take it in and get it fixed its under warranty. Nope the warranty expired before the lease was up and we paid out of pocket for the repair. Dropped the car off running and driving, the next morning I get a call from the service manager saying he got it in the bay first and had diagnosed the issue it should be done by the end of the day. 4 hrs later I get another call saying the battery died. So I drive to the dealership to go see what was going on and the mechanic who was working on the car couldnt look me in the face and wont say a word to me. The service manager is rambling on and on about how we need to spend $500 more dollars for a battery and install. He goes on to tell me that the car never started and supposedly they hooked a GR8 battery charger to it in the morning and it wasnt strong enough so they had to push it in the bay. Which I know is a lie simply because I drove it to the lot and that morning he left a message saying it was the first car in the bay with no issues Mind you this car has 19k miles and was a lease shouldnt be this big of a headache. Tell them to get it out of the bay and outside Ill take it home anyway. Call a tow truck and they jump it within minutes. Take it to OReilly and its throwing a bad alternator code at them. Get it home and its just as dead a** a door k*** once I turned it off, No locked doors nothing just metal. Not sure what they did. After that Chevrolet gave us a bad taste in our mouths so we didnt even keep the car but we wanted to.

      I bought a car here and was sold a lemon. They sold me an extended warranty with it. Within two weeks of me owning the car the engine started having issues. Took it to the dealerships service department about 10 times over the course of the year and they said they fixed this and that on my engine and charged it to the warranty. Well after the warranty expired I find out it needed a full new engine all along and they were just milking my warranty to make more money off the broken car they sold me for way more then it was worth to begin with. Now I am stuck in a loan owing more then the car is worth and I can't even drive it because the engine is dead. They knew this all along and took advantage of me because I am low income and needed a car right away. Don't go to these crooks.

      THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF PEOPLE MAKE SURE BEFORE U BUY A VECH TAKE IT TO A RELIABLE MECHANIC CAUSE I BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THEM I GOT A SUV AND AFTER A WEEK I TOOK IT IN AND FOUND OUT THE ENGINE WAS GOING THEN WENT TO LET THEM KNOW AND THEY WAS GONNA SELL ME A ANOTHER VECH THAT HAD A BLOWN RADITOR WELL I FOUND A JEEP AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK IT OVER GOOD AND IF ANYTHING NEEDED TO BE FIXED THEY WOULD BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. WELL GUESS WHAT A LIE I WAS DRIVING IT AND MY CALIBER WENT THROUGH THE REAR TIRE WELL WE PAID TO GET IT FIXED AND GUESS WHAT THE OTHER SIDE WENT A WEEK LATER AND **** ISNT GONNA REBURISE ME FOR ALL THE MONEY I SPENT WE COULD OF LOST OUR LIFE IF WE WAS ON THE HIGH WAY BUT ALL THEY CAN SAY IS SORRY PEOPLE DONT BUY FROM THEM NOT WORTH IT.THEY SELL VECH AND DONT LOOK TO SEE IF THEY WORTH PRICE SELLING THEM WE SPENT ****** PLUS TRADE IN FOR THE ****** I WOULDNT EVEN LEAVE A STAR BUT HAD TOO. WORSE PART IS IVE ONLY HAD IT LESS THE A MONTH ON JEEP AND LESS THEN A WEEK ON SUV .

      they sold my kid a car with understanding that it was in her and her boyfriend at times car and i was just ** signing the loan then thought it odd that i had multiple credit checks done several times by he same **mpanies before they sold it to my kid after i had left turns out they put it in my name and her boyfriends with no ** signer involved and not once were we notified of this they just did what ever they had to do to sell the car and the way i found out is i went to be removed as **signer thats how i found out what they did and that was from the loan **mpany itself

      ************ difference is lack of integrity. Here is my recent experience.We found a car we liked online and reached out to **** Automotive. We got a text message back from them asking us when we would like to see the car. We set up a VIP appointment to see the car the very next day. I stayed in constant communication with their sales rep via text message and phone call to make sure the car was still available and worth the hour drive to the dealership. I received a text message from the sales rep approximately an hour before the appointment and they told me that the car was waiting for me to see it. They were well aware of the one hour drive I needed to make to get to the dealership. I let them know that we were on our way and excited to see the car.We drove straight to **** Automotive and we were greeted at the door by a salesperson. They took us to one of the sales offices and began making copies of my ID so that we could test drive the car. As we sat there making small talk, another salesperson walked in. I presume he was some sort of manager. He apologized and told us that the car had been sold just a little bit before we arrived. How is that possible? We asked. We had a VIP appointment to see the car. Surely they wouldnt tell us to drive an hour there, only to sell the car before we arrived. The sales manager stated that our VIP appointment was only valid if they didnt sell the car. They offered no other options. No compensation for the wasted 2+ hours of driving (in heavy rain). Nothing. They never said that we should or could put a deposit down over the phone to hold the car. They just wasted our time. ************ difference is that they have no integrity and dont seem to care about their customers. Id love to post all the screenshots from our conversations but this review will have to do.
