Several years ago they came out and did some duct repair and they gave me some suggestions for improvements, but I couldn't afford it at the time. I've now been trying to schedule the service they suggested for past couple years and, every time I call, they say they aren't doing duct repair right now. The last time I called they said they are only doing duct repair in the fall so I started trying to schedule for this fall. I left 2 voice mails for ***** stating I want to schedule service without specifying the service I need, and she never returned my calls. I called again and was told they were scheduling duct repair for the fall, they transferred me to her, and she finally picked up and said they weren't scheduling duct repair. I waited a few weeks and called to try again because it's almost September, and she picked up. When I explained all of this to her and told her I haven't been able to find anybody else to do it, she said that's not her fault, that they have people scheduled ahead of me, refused to add me to the schedule, denied not returning my calls earlier, and hung up on me. I was not rude, nasty, loud, or anything to her. I just stated facts and begged for mercy, and she implied I was lying because she remembered talking to me even though it was not because she returned a call - it was only because I happened to call again at the right time - then hung up on me. My community office says that Capitol does duct repair for them and they were surprised I was refused service, so I know they come to my location and work for them. I'm just trying to hire them to do a service that they offer and they have been NO help... no information on when they might be able to schedule me, no suggestions or referrals, and no offer to call me when they can get me in - just a big "NO, and now you're wasting my time, bye" kind of attitude.
