On April second I ordered food and my daughter is allergic to lettuce so we never order lettuce and when I got it home there was lettuce on it and she broke out and lettuce dose not come with the beef enchiladas then when I toke it back no food was eat but refused to give money back and had no remorse for give my baby the food and also was laughing like it was funny she broke out in hives this type of behavior will get someone killed she could have dead from the lettuces and I want something done. This was a horrible act and was intentional lettuce is not a opinion on enchilada.Business response

We take food allergies very serious and this customer never notified us of an allergy. The customer was also abusive and cursed my employees in person and on the phone. We are not at fault.Customer response
