            They keep sending me a bill for another patient and have even stated that I had not received any dental work. I have called many times without them even caring to resolve this matter. This is now going into months of dealing with them. In no way should my records have another patient's fees on it. This is very poor management of patient records. I have talked to them many times and they refuse to remove the charges from my account. The first few bills did not even contain a service it was just an amount owed. Now this last bill has the patient's name on it. I know the patient and I know they paid the bill in full on the day of services and have not received one bill in the last year from them. This mismanagement of accounts is inexcusable for a medical institution. I have worked in the medical field and know that this is not appropriate conduct.
