The staff ******* was continuously calling and knocking on our door saying we were too kind when we were actually whispering to see if he would still say we were too loud. He threatened to call the cops on us but wouldnt provide us with a manager or corporate number to call. He said he watched the guy go from 215 to ********************************************************************************************************** a hotel and should not have to whisperBusiness response

We have investigated **************** complaint. We have received different stories from her on different sites and phone calls. Video footage was watch and doesn't match her story. The hotel has quiet hours that start at 10:00 pm. We received noise complaints on the room on the 2nd floor, ******* was following procedure by calling the room to quiet down. 15 minutes later the room was still noise so ******* went upstairs and knock on the door, asked them again to quiet down. The guest moved to a room on first floor. We received noise complaints about the first floor rooms again, ******* called the room not knowing it was the same people. On the 3rd time we have to ask guest to quiet down per our policy we would ask them to leave and call the police if necessary. We did not ask the guest to leave because again he didn't know it was the same people until **************** came to the desk. We are not refunding her any money. We have a policy in place so all guest can enjoy their stay and have a peaceful nights rest.Customer response
