We are writing this letter in regards to damages that incurred to our 2006 Acura after Church & Sons Automotive @ **********************************************************, incorrectly replaced a tire. The owner is ***** Church that works out is a different location. We contacted ***** the manager and he admitted that they incorrectly put the wrong size tire on it and would compensate us. In March of 2020 we took them our 2006 Acura with a tire that was bad. They ordered a new tire and replaced it. After it was replaced it kept pulling to the right. So in May of 2020 they did an alignment. It still kept pulling but they insisted that they just needed to wear in. That was the second time they allowed us to leave with the incorrect tire. Unbeknownst to us , we continued to drive it with the wrong size tire. That caused additional wear to not only the remaining tires but to the axel shaft which then required us to have work on that as well. Below you will see a list of costs that we incurred because of their mistake. 1. Put axel shaft back in place. $85.00 2. Replace axel shaft. $938.12 3. New tires mount/balance. $577.28 4. Rental car. $931.17 The only invoices not attached are those from Church & Sons. We. Had filed a claim earlier in the year but received nothing back.
