      I was fired for swearing. The management including *************** were constantly swearing and making sexual remarks. It was a known issue that one of the salesman sexually harassed the females but management did not do a single thing about it. **** Watson also sold me a lemon Silverado. It broke down at 82 miles. They have sold customers a vehicle while they have an open recall on it. There are salesman who for drugs on the property. They will submit credit applications to banks without customers signatures. *************** has contacted me for no reason since they let me go. I want **** Watson to be looked into.

      Hello, My name is *** and Im from ********. I was raised the old fashion way and how to act professional and do business the right way. I feel deeply that this Dealership failed my daughter and took away her joy of owning her first vehicle. My daughter has 3 children under the age of 4, and doesnt have a lot of income coming in to just forget about a $7,000 lost. If someone does read this? Please visualize with your own eyes, What if it was your Daughter? What if it was your Grandkids? How much would you fight? I thank God that nothing serious did happen but it could have. So my daughter bought a Van for her children, You can **************** she needed to install car seats. She ended up paying $7,000 and couldnt afford a warranty. My husband and I went over to my daughters trailer to look at her new vehicle, All 4 tires were bald! You could see the belt almost on one tire, I said NoNoNo this isnt happening. Called the dealership the same day, They told my daughter in the first phone call that she shouldve gotten good tires because she didnt get the warranty? After my husband talked to the manager, They replaced all 4 tires. Then one of the oxygen sensors are going out, My daughter had issues twice with her blinking light going out, She needed new wind shield wipers both replaced, The front end is making a noise every time it hits a bump, The sticker on her wind shield said that the oil didnt need to be replaced until 4 more months and the oil pan was bone dry. My husband got out of work to check out the Van himself trying to save money for my daughter, My daughter ended up taking a ride in the Van with her stepdad with her 4 month old daughter in the car seat, They get around the block, The Van catches on Fire. My daughter had to call 911 and the fire department to put out the fire. My husband ended up hauling the van the next day and took it to the dealership to talk to someone. The dealership doesnt want to do anything?

      We believe this complaint to be regarding a 2016 ********** purchased by ************** with ******* miles on it. We cant be certain of this as the review is not by the customer, but by a family member. The vehicle was purchased on March 1, 2024, for $6,750.00. Of that amount $375.17 was paid in tax to the ***************** and $406 was paid in fees (CVR, license plate, etc), totaling $781.17. The Kia ****** was safety inspected and, due to age and miles of the vehicle, offered for sale as is-no warranty. The customer was aware she was purchasing the vehicle as is-no warranty as was disclosed on the Buyers Guide, which she signed and agreed to. She declined any additional service contracts offered during the purchase, with the understanding that if any issues arise with the vehicle, they would be her responsibility.On 3/13/24 the customer came back to the dealership with complaints about the vehicles tires. She was aware she purchased the vehicle as is- no warranty and we did not owe her anything. In the spirit of goodwill and customer service we issued her a check for the purchase of two new tires for her vehicle.The next month the customer notified us that her vehicle had caught fire on 4/5/24 and she had the vehicle towed to our lot. She did not have full coverage insurance which would have covered the loss of the vehicle, and she demanded a refund of her money. Despite not being required to do anything, since she purchased a vehicle as is-no warranty, we offered her some helpful solutions including a check for the original purchase price or a different vehicle. It was agreed upon with the customer, and we issued a check to them in the amount of $5,968.83, which is what the purchase price of the vehicle was. We went above and beyond for this customer; she purchased a vehicle as is-no warranty understanding that she would be responsible for any issues that the vehicle had. She chose not to carry full coverage insurance, which would have covered the loss of the vehicle, and we stepped up to assist her, even though it was not our responsibility. We believe in doing right by the customer and providing great customer service. In direct reference to the complaint by this family member to the BBB, perhaps this family member wasnt told all the details by the customer. We arent sure what more we could have done to be helpful in a situation such as this.
