    I took my 2014 Flex to McDonald **** in late April and they confirmed I had a bad turbocharger. They suggested an aftermarket turbocharger would less expensive and they could get it quicker, I figured it was a brand they trusted and I agreed to have the work done. The invoice is dated April 25th 2022 and the total was $2,349.28.On Friday June 3rd the flex went from driving fine to having the exact same problems as before. So obviously either the other turbocharger has gone bad, or the one that McDonald **** just replaced has failed. We dropped the Flex off at McDonald **** on Sunday June 5th in the evening. On the 6th and 7th I made a couple of phone calls to the dealership inquiring the status of the Flex. I was told by an employee that she would look into it and call me back, I did not receive a call back. On the afternoon of the 7th I left a voicemail with the service manager ****, stating that I expected a phone call on the 7th. He called me before 8:00am the next morning, June 8th and told me the Flex was being looked at by the mechanics and he or another service employee would call me when they found out what was wrong. After not hearing anything I called the dealership at about 3:00 in the afternoon to find out if they had diagnosed my car yet. The service employee on the phone said they had not heard anything yet but they would find out the status and call me back. Currently it is 8:30 p.m. on the 8th, McDonald **** is closed for the day, and I have gotten no call back about my vehicle.It would literally take less than a half an hour for a mechanic to look under the hood with a flashlight and determine if the work they did failed or if the problem is something else, that way parts could be ordered or decisions could be made. I believe **** lied to me about the car being looked at at 8:00 in the morning and that they are dragging their feet because they know it is warranty work so I can't just go somewhere else.

    They do not even deserve a star! I recently dropped my vehicle off at this dealership, on a Friday, to have some extended warranty work done on my 2015 **** escape. When presenting my warranty paperwork, I was told they don't know why I brought my vehicle there, when I could go anywhere. Should have been the first clue to turn around and take my vehicle to "ANYWHERE, " but there. Next week, Tuesday, after no updates provided, I call, and am told I need new motor, which the warranty covers. Thursday, and no new updates. Come, Friday, and I am told that I need to pay $1400.00 dollars to have my motor tore down, and I may not be reimbursed for it, and the warranty company may not fix what is wrong with the motor, and that they are not under obligation to keep my vehicle for longer than 7 days.. Hold on, how do we go from you need a new motor to, it needs to be torn down, and you are paying for it? I call the warranty company to discover the claim was never even called in until Friday morning, which sounds like they have not touched the vehicle for 7 days! The dealership finally agreed to eat the $1400.00, but here I am on Wednesday again, and no progress. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!
