********************** plumbing was hired by our builder as well as paid in full by us through our builder, to install 3 toilets and plumb in our brand newly built home. In doing so, they put the flanges too low which didnt accommodate for real hickory hardwood flooring and ceramic tile, causing leaks at the bases of each toilet because the wax rings didnt make complete contact to seal properly due to the extra space. I made Matt ********************** aware immediately upon discovery of the issues, but instead of coming to check out the situation, he said, it was our fault, that we must be plopping down hard on them in a text message response and rambled on about how many 100s of toilets he installs without issues while all 3 of ours continued to leak without a resolve. One specific bathroom was only used by a 7 year old a 9 year old who certainly werent heavy enough to cause leaking at the base of new toilets with their normal and typical use. We called another plumber who pulled the toilets, found that the toilet ****** assemblies were all installed too low (which is a typical install for LVT or engineered wood flooring), removed the original plumbing and replaced it with appropriate height plumbing and we never had another issue, which cost us thousands in repairs. Completely preventable if it had been done properly as it should have been by a licensed plumber. ********************** plumbing didnt stand behind their work and then unprofessionally badmouthed us to others in the industry. I do not recommend hiring this business.
