Look at the screenshot of the amount of time I waited on hold. First time called was 10 minutes. That person named ****** answered with bad phone line and bad attitude. Told him my problem with Gerber rice and asked for a refund. Told her I buy other Gerber products but the rice issue is making me nervous for my new baby. Have always bought Gerber products. The woman was rude to me. I am Filipino I have been in this country for 8 years and I should not be treated poorly especially when I buy a lot of Gerber products. I happen to buy two containers of rice and then I stumbled across this article and I cannot take the risk. I paid $13 for both and I open both because I keep one at my mother-in-law and one at my house because I work and she babysit new baby. ****** was not nice and she treat me poorly not a good way to keep a customer. I don't have the receipt no more why do I be expected to keep receipt I don't keep receipt I don't even get receipt. Often time I opt out to save trees. She have a problem and especially ****** has a problem because you wait 45 minutes and nobody pick up phone and they being sued all the time. The web says if I'm not happy I get my money back. There's other products that I still feel comfortable feeding I would gladly take another product but this woman seemed to enjoy putting me down. I would like my rice cereal refund.Initial Complaint

Gerber refused my credit card and has locked my account because of it. I have a long credit history and a strong credit score, so there should be no reason for this. I have never had a credit card declined previously. The customer service reps Ive talked with have said Gerber has very sensitive credit card requirements, such as entering the middle initial or not auto filling in your address. They said this could have caused the card refusal. I could work with that, but now they have no way of unlocking my account. The issue first happened the week of February 20th. I called in on Tuesday, February 28th when I experienced the issue again and they said these issues resolve within 24 hours. Now its Friday, March 3rd and still no resolution even after talking with 3 customer service reps and a supervisor. The formula I need is out of stock at Target, *************************** etc. so I dont have many options, Its not okay to deny food to an infant because of unnecessarily strict credit card rules (auto filling the address- really??) and not allowing people to purchase your essential food for almost 2 weeks now.Initial Complaint

I went to ******* on 12/05/22 and purchased about 20 jars of Gerber Organic baby food. Today 12/09/22 I opened one of the jars of baby food to find it cover with mold. The food is not expired and it was completely sealed. This is just unacceptable! Gerber should be held accountable! This is not the first issue with Gerber products, I wish I had done more research.
