We ordered dinner to go on *** 12,2024. 3 dinners, one large bag of chips and 4 to go cups of salsa. We went to pick it up and after some confusion (they couldnt find our order) they realized they gave it to another customer that had a to go order, so they said they had to remake our order. We waited 40 min start to finish and came home. Unpacked the order. The only thing correct in the order was the chips. They gave us 2 salsas rather than 4 but that was not a huge deal. I was upset because of the time it took, the order was wrong, it was Mothers Day, and it cost $88 for 3 meals and they were wrong. called and said can I speak to a manager! The guy said this is ****** the manager. So I told him what happened. He kept cutting me off, over talking me, he said yes I will admit we got several orders wrong but we made the correct food. I told him it was not infact correct and he started raising his voice saying text me pics of your food right now!!! He said that as a run on sentence 3 times. I told him I would take pics and come on Monday with the pics and talk to him. He said NO!!! You will send them now! That set me off. He then said I know you from our gym right? I said yes kind of. Ive seen you there. He said I was being rude to him and infact you are being racist! I didnt understand him. He laughed and said ohhhhhh now you dont even know the word huh?! I said I cant tell what you are saying, truly. Then it hit me. Did you say Im racist?! He said yes! The way you look down on us and me at the gym! What the?? So not true! What are you talking about?! I told him (because how was mad now) I said you are the one who spends 4 hours alone in the bathroom, with your phone, how dare you judge ME right now! And he said thats none of my business what hes doing and he hung up on me. My husband drove there and spoke with him directly and asked him why he acted that was but nothing was resolved. Awful treatment. Theres more info but, no room to write
