Terrible experience! DO NOT USE!! Didn't take a gutter down to put a new roof on. Used barn roofing material on our home.....terrible!Review from Rusty H

Worst company ever!!! Couldnt even get the estimate right and had to get a second one done. After signing a contract aand paying half down it took them a year to even come do the work. Now six months later I still have a pile of debris sitting in my front yard which I was charged for cleanup and a dumpster that was never even there. Not to mention the the siding they put on is falling off the house!!! They refuse to answer my calls or return my messages. Do not use them for anything!!!Review from Bill B

I signed a contract last June (2021) and paid for half of a job which was replacing railing on my porches and deck. Never heard back from these people, so I called a couple months later. I was told my paperwork had been misplaced and that the job would still get completed. In November, I spoke with the owner (Mike?) who said they had been too busy and that it was now too late in the year. He gave me his word that the work would be completed in the spring of 2022. Today, January 26,2021, I received a phone call telling me they were not going to handle the project because I was more than 50 miles from Gaylord. If they wanted to change their policy about how far they were willing to travel, the right thing to do would have been to honor their commitments and make that policy to new bids, and not the existing ones. I was raised that a man's word means everything. It's sad that Mike was raised differently and that it's okay to lie to customers. Shame on Liquid Construction.

This is more than an inconvenience. This was a signed legal contract that Liquid Construction walked away from. I work full time and I had to lose time from work to meet with the person who came out and completed the estimate. I waited 7 months for the job to be completed, because the company misplaced my paperwork. Where's the retribution from my lost time, the money held by Liquid Construction and now the additional time to find another contractor?
If Liquid Construction is not going to honor the contract they drew up, my only recourse is to find another contractor, and then take Liquid Construction to small claims court and seek recovery of any additional costs due to a higher and job completion.Liquid Construction Response

The original team that tarped my roof did a questionable job. But they were removed from the company. Liquid Construction came back at their expense and did the job properly. They stand by their work. I highly recommend them.Review from Liquid Construction

Worse company I have ever dealt with. No one knew what to do or how to do it. Very disrespectful of property and clean up was horrible. Ruined gutters and ignores repeated calls to come and repair them. Never had one work order to know what the job required and the roof on both the garage and house were done incorrectly. Garage had to be completely tore off and redone. The house roof was never corrected. Do Not hire this company if you want any kind of quality work done.Liquid Construction Response

Sales Manager, Ryan, was great from showing up to inspect our leaking 6 year old 3D roof that was installed incorrectly by another local roofing company to talking through our new roofing options. He answered all of our questions promptly. Our installation crew (Mario's Crew) were prompt, professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they moved from section to section and at the end of each day. Our new metal roof looks great. Liquid Construction did a great job.Review from David G
