My wife and I bought a new couch and recliner from big sandy superstore gaylord in February 2022. The recliner has a heating mechanism and vibrater built in. When it finally got delivered a week later, within 3 days it was broken. Right out of the box it never sat right and had a lean. The vibrating part was so loud and obnoxious you couldn't use it and the heating part barely got warm. When I called the store the lady informed me that they go through a third party to have repairs done. Luckily the gentleman was able to come the following morning. After he looked at it, he wrote up a repair for big sandy superstore to order the parts so he could fix it. Two weeks later I called the store inquiring on the parts and the lady said it could be month's because they order from over seas. I asked what I was supposed to do with the chair in the meantime and she said to me that she suggest we don't sit in it. We'll, after months and numerous calls to the store it is now November 13, 2022 and I have yet to hear from big sandy superstore and have a junk recliner thats completely broken in my living room.
