hey respond very quickly to my request for a furnace and A/C install. James their HVAC tech inspected the job requirements and was able to give me a quote right away. Their office Manager was polite and friendly. They are also able to do the installation within my time frame I requested. A very pleasant experience.Review from Edward S

BEWARE !This company overcharged me for installation of a hot water tank that I purchased from them, I agreed to the purchase price and installation that was quoted, ( $ 1,872.00. They charged me another $ 1,632.00 app. for the installation. I have contacted them numerous times about this extra charge, also asked for a statement on the brand and warranty, still have not received for our records. The work they performed should have not exceeded $ 300.00 according to other contractors quotes, only installed 1 pc, of 1 in, pipe (10 ft. + 2 pcs @ 24 in. + 1 fitting. I just purchased my home and new to this area, my wife and I are senior citizens, retired and on a fixed income. This extra charge has severely taxed our recourses.Review from Donna J

I can not say anything other than AMAZING!
Excellent work & professional. Took the time to explain all aspects of my new Bosch heating system; which is complicated.
They removed all debris and did an awesome job of cleaning up.
This company went above and beyond for me when my older system failed.

Technician Colin was on time, courteous, put booties on when entering, removed old kitchen faucet, replaced with new, checked for leaks, cleaned up, all in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Family Plumbing & Heating in Gaylord MI..Review from Greg J

Great professional service from my first contact ,Scott was very thorough in his estimate and final inspection. Ian's installation job of our new furnace was great in and out in a day job complete. Very satisfied
