Price gouged for a ****************** from **** at Bill Marsh. After signing papers I was told they had to put an entire new air conditioner unit and they would also check EVERYTHING else to make sure it was good. I asked if I could look at another vehicle and he said no I already signed. They delivered it days later than I was told. The mats and back were so dirty and gross I text **** about it the day it was delivered. He didn't respond. Over the next 2 weeks I tried to reach him and nothing. At max it maybe has 1,000 miles on it since time of purchase in late June. I called and talked to *** the manager and he told me I had a warranty on the engine but the exhaust and steering I had to pay for. The vehicle has been broken down now for a week. I have contacted managers of ******** Store and ******* and they won't work with me in any way with a trade in or any of repairs. I feel *** treated me very poorly compared to my husband. Just because I am a woman I shouldn't be ignored. *** said I had 30 days for a check up on vehicle. I tried to call several times and bo response. I have done everything I can and they won't respond to my messages. I emailed, text, and FB messenger them and was told somebody would call me today & get it worked out. Nobody called and I left messages for all of them. I'm frustrated and idk what else to do. I was way over charged and then when I tried to get repairs 2 weeks later I was ignored. Not only was I discriminated against as a women but also insulted and it's not right. I asked for a trade in right now and get a better vehicle and still no answers or call back. Used cars are hard to be lemons I know but over 5 repairs and a broken down vehicle that has less than 1,000 miles on it shouldn't be dangerous to drive. My daughter was NOT safe in the vehicle and Bill Marsh doesn't care. 4 or more repairs and it's been broken down for a week. Plz help!!!
