Date of transaction was 10/10/22. The company didn't get the size correct & other items were added, which may be my fault as I have ************ seeing. The company refuses to give me a refund, yet I continue to I get emails from them about referring the company to friends.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2 t-shirts for Christmas from their web site on 12/16/21 for $67.96. As of today, I have not received the items. many emails (attached) have led nowhere. Little to no response with poor excuses. **** tracking shows that **** actually never received the packages.Initial Complaint

On December 17, 2021, I responded to a social media (FB) placement of a pitch from BustedTees.com for tee-shirts to be delivered before Christmas, and made an order that date. On December 22, 2021, I contacted BustedTees.com at ************************, indicating that "Our order was to have arrived before Christmas - at least that is what the order sheet and the shipping fees states. Order #******. Where is it? Your tracking page for the order simply notes "Preparing order ****** for shipment 17, Dec @11:21 pm." I received a response noting "Your order number #****** is being processed and we are working on getting it shipped out. Everything we sell is printed on demand and production takes 5-8 business days. We will email you a confirmation once your order ships and that will include tracking information as well. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out." Nothing arrived before Christmas. On 12/27/2021, I sent the following to the same email address: "Still nothing, still showing the order in the same status since December 17. I am therefore canceling this ordered. Please cancel it and process a refund." I received a response 12/28/2021 noting "Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel or make changes to your order as it is already in production." I checked the "Order Status", and nothing had occurred. On 12/30/2021 I contacted ******************** with the information, and ordered BustedTees.com to remove all data and information associated with the order from its databases, again canceled the order, and revoked all permissions of any kind. I received no response of any kind until 1/3/2022, when I was provided a tracking number, and responded again that the order was canceled for non-delivery prior to Christmas, and that it would be refused. I continue to receive spam emails and offers from this company despite my demands to have my data removed.Business response

Christmas Delivery was Guaranteed for all orders placed before Dec. 8th 2021
Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel or make changes to your order as it is already in production. All of our products are printed on demand at the time that each customer orders. This information was provided on the website at the time your order was placed.
If you are no longer interested in receiving the item(s), please refuse delivery by writing "REFUSED" on the outside of the unopened package and have it sent back to us as a Return to Sender Package. It will be treated as a regular return, and you may choose a store credit or a refund.
Both store credit and refund amounts will not include the shipping amount originally paid to receive the product.
There is a $5 restocking fee per item for returns. This fee is waived if you want a store credit, but will be deducted from refund amounts.
We do hope you'll keep the order however, as we're sure you'll love it when you receive it!

This is the identical robo email I received from the start, same language, same everything. I questioned the order on December 23, 2021, via email, having noted that nothing had occurred since December 17, 2021. I canceled the order on December 27, 2021, when it was not delivered for Christmas. I made the order on December 17, 2021, in response to a placed social media ad (********) by BustedTees.com, promising delivery before Christmas. The only responses I ever received were the identical emails as you see above. From other BBB complaints, this is the same pattern for everyone - non-responsive, late-delivery is the norm. On another part of the BustedTees.com site it does note that they'll make a "ticket" for a late order delivery and accept return. This order was made December 17, 2021, with a promise of Christmas delivery. It stayed in a static position on the BustedTees.com website until January 3, 2022. Over and over we canceled the order, to the same emails. We reached out to *** and the ****, both involved in the delivery, and refused the package upon delivery, resent to sender. We want nothing to do with this company, which promises one thing, then tries to deliver another. I have demanded that BustedTees.com remove all of our identifying data from their data storage of any kind, and never contact us again.
