I took a product in to be welded over a month ago (Mid-May). I was told it would be roughly 4 or 5 weeks to do a simple weld but since this was so near and dear to my heart I accepted their offer. $ weeks later I stopped by to check on the progress. I noticed a sign on the front door that stated "As of June 7th we are no longer accepting regional/personal work). Knowing they've had my product 3-4 weeks prior to this letter I should have been grandfathered in. The woman behind the counter went to check on my product and brought it out in two pieces. She tried handing it back to me stating "We don't do residential work anymore". I began explaining that they had my product weeks before the letter came out. Even though she had already told me that they weren't doing residential work anymore I asked if the reason was because they didn't have the technology to fix it or was it because of the letter dated the 7th of June. She wouldn't reply. I asked for the owner. Told, he's not here. I asked for her name, she would tell me. Was extremely rude, took my product outside and set it down coming in and saying she wasn't going to argue with me. I kept asking her questions and she flat out refused to answer them. She was very rude. I checked on my product on the 20th of June. 2 Weeks after they posted the letter. I wasn't even contacted to come pick it up. Horrible customer service.
