i think this company is a crock of ****...if i could do 0 stars i would.my brother worked for them ***** was his manager who was on scene at the time. dusty was up in the bucket truck cutting the tops out of the trees. they cut pull away the top and throw it in the shredder. the shredder is loud and they are supposed to wear helmets and ear muffs. there was no communication evidently though. after busting out the job that was supposed to be a 2 day job torwards the end during wrap up ****** dropped the top of a tree on my brother ****** head. he ended up in the icu for 2 weeks had 2 brain surgerys. this whole time we got lie after lie after lie. but the company is protected by the workmans comp laws in ******** so im not sure why they would lie. they say time after time that my brother was pushing a tree and ran the same way and the tree fell on his head. they dragged my brother into the ***** and staged his body next to a dead poplar tree that has clearly been on the ground for a while. ***** told me he did cpr on my brother...but **** who worked there had told our previous boss wich is a friend of his that ***** doesnt know cpr and he feels like if **** didnt know cpr ***** would be dead. ***** wakes up and remembers what happens. he knows they dropped a tree on him and he remembers being dragged out of the way. but he didnt know they were staging him up by a dead tree. we filed for ******** comp but ***** changed ****** mailing adress to ****** home so ***** only recieved what mail ***** would allow us to because he was worried his insurance would go up. i have tons more on this incident but only alloud so many characters. this company needs to be shut down. every day we have to see there trucks drive by everyday everyday we have to hear his adds and are constantly reminded by his truly unhonest work...this guy was supposed to be a friend of ****** and he lied to ***** and his family over and over again. i am genuanly dissapointed and hope somthing can be done :(
