Purchased used 2017 F150 on 11/20/23. Within 25 minutes of my drive home I immediately had a transmission problem. Returned the truck immediately the next day. The truck is now on its 4th transmission repair. It has been 32 days since purchase and I still do not have possession of the truck. The dealership has been rude. Not fixing repairs correctly and telling us the truck is fixed and then we go to get it and its still not running properly. We have made 6 waisted trips back and forth to the dealership with zero compensation for waisted time and money. They have not sent proper warranty paperwork for a week after being told we would receive it three different times. This has been absolutely ridiculous and the truck should not have been available to be sold to us or the issues should have been disclosed before purchase. They won't respond to emails appropriately or answer questions on how any of these things were missed during proper checks before selling a vehicle. I was purchasing a used fully functioning running vehicle from a dealership and instead was sold a truck that was known to have needed a new transmission and did not even have proper working lights when I drove it home in the dark on the highway. Thank goodness I did not get into a accident. The dealership is not working with us and taking ownership of any of these problems. I want them to buy the truck back and appropriately fix it and they can resell it once its actually ready to sold to someone. I want out from under this. I do not understand how any dealership could consciously put someone through this with a vehicle and not have the character to take the truck back and apologize for selling that kind of terrible business. The dealership has all the invoice for the multiple repairs that have been completed within 30 days of purchase and have received a 15 day pay off letter from the bank.Initial Complaint

Ive filed a ****** review on Grand Blanc Mistubish and was contacted by their customer relations department thinking theyd repair my vehicle which Ive only had for about a week or 2 now. I asked that they repairs my sagged parking brake, a squeaky sounding driver mirror and a knocking that either coming from the steering column or somewhere in front of the vehicle. I left my vehicle with them from 9:30 am -5:45 PM. I picked up my truck last night and nothing was done. The parking brake cable was still sagged, the vehicle still has a knocking sound and my passenger window still has a swelling sound when rolled down. This is horrible customer service! The person who handled my vehicle is named ****** Hes about as incompetent as they come. He should look for employment elsewhere. I either want my vehicle repaired or I want them to swap my vehicle out for something else at the same price. Im not about to continuously pay for the same repairs over and over like a complete jackass. They need to do the job theyre being paid to barely perform.
