I am a retail business and I used Zero Fee Solutions for our credit card processing for about a year. I canceled back in May of 2021 and the company kept charging my card and still does to this date. I have asked for refunds and they said sorry, nope, we don't do that. They are a credit card company and are abusing my credit card and won't stop charging me. Beware of this company and do not do business with them unless you want credit card abuse issues!!!! Buyer beware!Business response

This is in response to your complaint regarding “Customer Service Issues” pertaining to the closure of your merchant services account. Zero Fee Solutions is a Registered ISO. Zero Fee Solutions does not bill merchants for processing services as this is done by the processor directly.
Our records show from the information that you provided on June 23, 2021, you signed a cancellation form and texted your sales agent as well of your intention of closing your merchant services account. Your agent would have informed you that in order to close your merchant services account, you as the signer/owner of the account would need to call the processor directly as our office cannot close accounts on behalf of the merchant. This is the policy and protocol for the processor. If you would have contacted the processing company on the day that you sent a text to your agent, your final billing would have been for the month of June.
Unfortunately, according to the processor’s log, you did not contact them until September 8, 2021. According to the notes from the processing company, you were informed that a refund would not be issued. Again, from their notes, you became upset with the agent from the loyalty department and hung up the phone. The last statement that you would be responsible for is the September 2021 statement. Again, from the processor’s notes, the agent was not able to communicate this reminder as you had already hung up on them.
The processor was unable to collect the August 2021 end of month fee of $39.94 and the September 2021 fee of $108.94 and your account was forwarded on to collections. Zero Fee Solutions did contact the processor and requested to have these fees removed and the collections matter closed. On November 2, 2021, we received confirmation that the collections matter was closed and the $148.88 amount that was owed would not be pursued.
With respect to your accusation of Zero Fee Solution abusing your credit card, as you should be aware, your monthly fees are assessed by the processor and the funds are automatically set to debit from your bank account on file on the first of the month. Bank authorization to ACH a merchant's bank account is required in order to fund merchants as well as collecting end of month fees. These transactions are handled by the back-end processor. To be clear, Zero Fee Solutions does not have any merchant’s credit card information on file; therefore, has been no abuse to your credit card. We respectfully ask you to retract your complaint. Records both written and verbal regarding this matter within our company as well as the processor can prove that your complaint is simply not true.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16040754, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
This company is deceptive and their response was filled with lies! I canceled and they continued to charge my credit card. Buyer beware, do not use this company and I will notify all merchants on mt street of the issues I had and to request they cancel as well. No small business deserves this type of treatment or abuse of credit card and I will be filing a complaint with the FTC. Again beware of this company!!!
Regards,
