i was satisfied with the initial emergency care,as i was not sure if i was having a heart attack,or not..the problem is with the billing.you charged bcn ****** for tiny bottle of fluticasone,wich i have a prescription for,and when i pick that up from rite aid every month,the actual charge is about *****..i have to pay a little over 8.00,with my insurance covering the rest,and thats still a racket..what gives you the right to do that? second..the intern,or whoever was trying to draw my blood..tried three times to get the vein in my arm.with no luck.so they got another person,who went in through my hand..no problem..i look at the bill...i get charged for 4 jabs..i sure as h*** aint paying for the three missed attempts..then the bi-pap issue..i came in around 10;30-11:00..on sept 12th..and when i wasnt going to be released..i told the staff i have a machine at home..so they brought me one..at 10:30 at night..it never worked..in the hour and a half i was wearing it..it kept sounding alarms..every time i was about to fall asleep..and the nurse kept coming in to correct the problem..to no avail..so i took off the mask,and finally got a couple hours of sleep..i was released somewhere around 3:30 on the 13th..and yet you billed bcn 495.00,two times,once for the 12th,and once for the 13th..there was only one night..that is wrong on more than one count...MY machine..that works great..made by resu-med..only cost around 1100:00..you charged bcn 990:00..for a one night rent..but only really less than two hours..that is just wrong..and is what is wrong with our healthcare system,people like you,who overinflate your prices,..i dont mind paying my share..i dont like it..but it's the american way..i get it..but when you overcharge the insurance company's..and the patient still have to pay their co-pays and deductibles..all it does is raise the prices,that we have to pay..this is what's wrong with your hospital..im sure your not the only one...but its not right..re-do my bill...*****
