Took my 21 year old son with Down Syndrome there to purchase a t-shirt with money he worked HARD to earn for vacation. He was SO HAPPY with his purchase! He put the shirt on today, wore it home from vacation and the transfer is peeling in SEVERAL different places. Needless to say he is pretty upset and does not understand what happened. Attempted to contact the store once home with the number on the receipt and an older lady answered saying it was not their number. Googled the store and came up with 3 different phone numbers. ALL either wrong numbers or nonworking numbers. Can't even contact someone to help me with this. We are not local and are 3 to 4 hours away. Would hate for anyone else to have this experience. The store should be checked out and possibly closed if they are selling bad merchandise. This iron on was already on the shirt folded on one of their shelves so it was not one that was made while we stood there waiting for it to be made. Growing up in the 70/80s I had MANY shirts like this and NEVER had this happen to them. The shirt was purchased on 26-Jul-2023 at *******p. Our cashier was ******. It was purchased at : BIG Fish ************************************* ***********, ** *********, **********. That information is from their receipt. The total cost for the shirt was $15.98. This was paid in cash by my son.Initial Complaint

While visiting *********** I bought a zip up sweatshirt from Big Fish store. When I got it home I was going to wash it but noticed in 2 spots that the material was defective and didn't try the zipper when I purchased it but it's really sharp! Can hardly zip it up. On vacation and was in a hurry, should have checked it out better for sure! Don't understand why they would put a phone # and not answer their phone. Really bad business and wonder if they are legit! I tried several times to call the phone # listed on receipt and also emailed them and no answer. Looked up their info online and it showed like 2 different address for the *********** store. Was wanting to send the item back and get a refund.Initial Complaint

Was charged for an item on my charge card in February, been in ** since January. Never even heard of this store.
