The business office is running a haughty atmosphere, they literally teach people inappropriate customer service skills, LIKE customer service manners, DOESNT MATTER! Wow. I literally just called & the customer service person behind the desk was literally huffing & puffing over the telephone. She did this because she said that she could not help me & then a manager was going to have to call me back & that she was busy. This is not something new, this has been like this for years.The complaint has been the same because I’ve called before about the same thing. Not getting resolved, my concern, my problem, the complete lack of care for the customer. No Refunds just flat out no refunds! I never got my concern resolved. I spent probably $800 with this company & I figured out that I could not use the plan so I asked if I could get my money back and they said no!!!! I kept pursuing,multiple to see if I could give away for another customer to use! Multiple times of playing phone tag. So I spent more time to get it resolved to see what else we could do because that’s a lot of money to not give back to your customer, one lady over the phone, said I could give the package away to someone as a donation, but no one ever got back with me.Myconcerns got swept under the rug multiple times because I wasn’t important enough to get back with because they had too much business coming in the front door. I think if you’re not going to use the service, you should be able to get your money back. I think that is stealing. It was never used not even one single day.So this business makes up their own rules as they go and it is to their convenience whatever those rules are. I saw no care whatsoever for the customer. Maybe try The animal clinic in St. John’s? I feel like I’m wasting my breath again. But I am going to start telling people about this again because it’s just ridiculous. I will try different businesses and see if they will be more respectable to me as the customer.
