I made a purchase of some filament from 3DXTech which was received and was defective and unusable. It took multiple attempts by email, phone and through their "support" channel to receive a response from the company. After a week of attempting to reach them i finally received a response. They agreed that the product was defective and would supply me with replacement from a different lot. I provided the lot number of the product I received the day after they requested it. and they have not sent my replacement. That was 5 weeks ago. I waited 2 weeks to ask if they had shipped my replacement and they did not respond. I waited another week and inquired again. I waited one more week before sending my final polite request to check on the status of my replacement... no response. I waited another week after my final polite inquiry and told them if they didn't respond that I would file a complaint. That was 4 business days ago.
