On June 7th I applied for ******* Caregivers Promotion that allow caregivers to receive a $98 digital gift card to pay for *******+ to help caregivers like myself and others out. I received and email after sending the email stating that "You'll receive your $98 digital gift card via email shortly. As a thank you for everything you do as a caregiver, we invite you to check out some helpful tips and brands." On June 12th I still had NOT received the digital gift card so I reached out to "walmartcaregivers@Promosupport" and received a response " Thank you for contacting PromoSupport. We are working to resolve your issue and you can expect a response within the next 2-3 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Today on June 22nd I finally received a response stating "Thank you for reaching out! All offers have been exhausted. Unfortunately, you were not one of the first 500 to register." And while I understood the terms of the program when I signed up I still received and email stating "You'll receive your $98 digital gift card via email shortly..." basically confirming that I did indeed make it into the first 500. Receiving this email and NOT receiving the gift card is disheartening and unacceptable. This is basically false advertisement not only to me but others who may have gone through the same thing.
