Aug 2023 $5000 Repair and paint on carBusiness response

I'm not quite sure what the complaint specifically is here, but we performed a repair for *********************** In August of 2023. ******** is related to ******, and he was the main contact during the repair.
The vehicle was dropped on August 14 for repairs. The vehicle was completed and picked up from the shop on Friday, September 1. It was a fairly in depth repair with some normal parts issues/delays that did happen during the repair. The final bill for the repair was $5749.12. ****************** insurance company paid for the whole repair. ************** paid no money to Car Center. The vehicle was onsite for 10 working days, and we have 7 notes in our file of updates that were given to the customer on repair status. Also, ************** stopped by the shop a few times during the repair to check on status.
************** left us an unfavorable review after repairs were complete. I reached out and left 2 voicemails with ************** at that time, and I never heard back from him.
