            Scheduled to take my car in to get serviced twice. I had scheduled over the phone and notified them about my issues ahead of time. They scheduled me two weeks out both times and both times they told me to be there at 7 in the morning to make sure I could get serviced that day. I show up the first time and their is an excuse that I did not notify them of one of my issues so that I worked need to reschedule. Even though I did notify them of the issue I rescheduled anyways. Then two weeks later when I brought it in again they said that I did not tell them of the issues the vehicle was having ahead of time and that they can't work on my car even though they had just seen it previously and knew the issues and told me to get there at 7am so they can get to the car. Then they proceeded to tell me I'll need to take it somewhere else. After 4 weeks of waiting.

            Had scheduled to get my car looked at here twice. Both times I scheduled two weeks out and both times I brought it in they ended up coming up with excuses on why they couldn't look at my car the day I had it scheduled for. When I tried to bring it in the last time they said they had no record of me even mentioning the vehicle to them and that they can't guarantee they could get to the car even though on the phone they had told me bring it in at 7am and they would guarantee they could get to it in the morning. Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Honestly the second worst experience I have ever had at any shop. If you care about quality people and service stay away from this place
