On 4.12.23, I returned a blue top marine battery for a replacement due to it not taking a charge. This was within the 2 year warranty. The employee checked the charge and said it was at zero and they would warranty it because I did proper maintenance on it during the winter. I keep all my batteries on a battery maintainer all winter. He said that what they do is try to charge it first and if it wont charge they would order a new battery and call me within ***** hours. I left them with an updated phone number. They never called my new number. I called after six days and they said it would not be covered because I didnt maintain it. That is false. I always take care of my batteries. *** never had a battery not take a charge within 2 years. This is a faulty $350 battery.Initial Complaint

I took my wristwatch to Batteries Plus in ********* for a battery replacement six weeks ago. They broke my watch, causing among other things the face and hands to fall off. They chose to repair rather than replace it. Two weeks ago, I received the watch back but when the hour hand points to 12, the minute hand points to 4. I complained and have called them countless times without success to get a resolution. The store manager had the audacity to suggest that the problem was my fault because the watch had a cracked ******** which is irrelevant. Never once has she apologized. She insisted that the watch repairman she chose is competent and that the hand placement is easy to fix, yet has failed to fix the problem. Her employee and her repairman have wasted my time and left me without a functioning watch. She agreed to email me a prepaid shipping label to send the watch back to her for repair at their cost, but she has failed to follow through despite my many calls. I want the watch repaired or replaced without further hassle.
