So I had balayage love it its my go too I was like lets tone the ends lavender instead of blonde this is where it all goes horribly wrong she toned it a ash grey saying I needed to go home and get a purple shampoo to fix it then the manager said lets strip it so she put some redkin color remover in it and it didnt budge then she was like lets add red to try and change the color at this point I had lost my faith in them and said just tone it brown so I now have brown hair which I dont love but its better then grey green blue that they had it. My hair is now fried and I wont be able to fix it for a while to prevent further damage.Business response
