They will lie to you about your new camper. Supposed to be serviced, cleaned and prepped for your use. Charge for this service and it wasn't done. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of camping. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Camping World seems pleased to take your money, but completely dysfunctional when it comes time to pay their customers. I recently sold a trailer to Camping World with the promise of my funds being mailed to me that day (which was a Friday) or, by the latest, the following Monday. Days passed and I heard nothing from Camping World. I then called the following Wednesday. No return call. I called the following Thursday, twice. No return call. Finally, I got a hold of someone on Friday, a full week after the sale of the trailer, and they said the check had not been signed or mailed. I asked to speak to Steve the manager who was willing to do absolutely nothing out of his way to try and expedite the delivery of my money. I asked for the check to be driven to my house that day. Impossible. I asked for the check to be driven to my house the next day. Impossible. They promised me the check by the following Monday, a full 11 days after the sale. I received no check. I even gave them an extra day, expecting the check today, Tuesday (day 12). No check. I just spoke with Steve the manager again and he said the check had likely been mailed today. Day 12. This is a significant amount of money ($20k). My money. And I have received zero proactive communication from Camping World and zero urgency to try and make this right. They are responsive when trying to make the sale. And absolutely useless when it's their turn to give up the money.
