Father and son both hired Ross Property Management for some cement work and landscaping on both houses that are located next to each other. Contractor demanded large up-front payment and then ceased to communicate or show up to complete work. Contractor had materials dropped at wrong location, did show up for 2 hours only to make a huge mess using our personal equipment since he didn't bring his own. Contractor then charged credit for $4,000 when he was only authorized to charge $200. Contractor cashed checks through a party store, even though he knew we had already had stop-pays applied. After telling contractor to cancel job and return payment, he threatened to kill one of ** if we came to his property. No monies have been returned via the contractor over 60 days since cancellation.
