On march 5 2009 i purchased a 99 altima from fairlane **** i believe the price of the car was around $4200 put a $600 deposit down and my montly payments were like $350-380 a month. In December of 2010 i was involved in a shooting while in the vehicle and was unable to make my December payment i was hospitalized for a week. I had the vehicle until January 2011 when they had it repossessed. and i was making my payments prior the the incident. Some time later i noticed my state income tax refund has well as my paychecks since 2015 was being garnished for the car. They say i was being charged interest. So back in August or September of 2022 i owed maybe $600. I filled my state taxes in January of 2023 only to see it being garnished for the car my state refund was more than what was owedBusiness response

Reliable Auto Finance has spoken with this customer and resolved the complaint. Any excess funds received from the ************** Tax garnishment will be refunded to the customer by check. At that time, ********************** will also process a Garnishment Release and Satisfaction of Judgment.

My car has a switch where if the car note is not paid the car is turned off. I have paid my car note. My car is still not drivable and is turned off until Monday. **************** is very poor. I cant effectively communicate without being hung up on . There is no corporate office to handle this matter I ask that you assist me I have a been a buying customer with this company for over 2 years. When purchasing the car I was told this I was told the device would be removed 1 year into purchasing the car . 1 1/2 years later Im still dealing with this issue. Please help.
