I bought a lemon vehicle from a dealership that uses Reliable Auto Finance. I have not once seen a breakdown of what I pay, I also apparently have insurance through Reliable Auto, yet that insurance works for nothing so Im not sure what Im paying for. *** asked my account rep for a copy of my contract, a copy of my insurance, a breakdown, anything that shows my payments and how much goes to my car payment and how much goes to insurance. I have not once been sent any of the things Ive asked for. *** also tried to work with them one time regarding a late payment, they did not work with me whatsoever. All they do is take your money without even letting you know what youre paying. I dont know if theres a way to move finance companies, or i dont know what I need to do to get a copy of my contract.

This company used fraudulent bank information to fraudulently steal over $400 out of my account. When I called the company to find out how said information was received I was vehemently called names, a liar and hung up on. This occurred the night of 12/7/23 into 11/8/23. I do not live , nor ever visited ********.Business response

Reliable Auto Finance could not locate the call, so we reached out to the complainant. Complainant says they never actually called Reliable and instead disputed the charges with their bank. Charges from the account have been reversed. The complainant stated that there was nothing further we could help with.
