Have an old account with this group that I have been trying to settle for years. They never listen and try to bully every step of the way. Wont listen to a word a person says or anything, so frd up with it. They need to get this settled because I live on ssi now.Review from Windi C

Worst finance company . I’m being charged 28.6% interest rate . My car was $6995 they are charging me $10980 to finance. Every month they charge this rate on what you owe. So it like you are never done paying it. I have paid over $16000 as of this month and they say I still owe $3660 which will make me pay over $20000for a 2015 Nissan which blue book value is under $3500 now.Review from Ebony L

My car was repoed yesterday and I nearly lost it. It wasn't anybody's fault but mines. I had a nervous breakdown due to numerous of things happening in my life at the moment. I called reliable and spoke with Kevin, Who by the way Has very good customer service etiquette, And he helped me in my situation. Kevin was dealing with someone with mental health issues And little does he know he saved my life. I'm able to get my car Back And I will make sure I keep up on my payments. Lucky they got 1 star. This co.pany is the worst business you ever want to deal with. My first time getting a car with notes. Saw the car, agreed with price of $4500, the day I signed, after I signed they showed me the Finance price, $9750.00 with a finance rate of 24.7%. Paid $21,485.00 for a $2700.00 Escape all because I signed before they showed the BOTTOM line. DO NOT FOOL WITH THESE CROOKS, YOU WILL REGRET IT, CARS ARE JUNK AND RATES ARE TOO HIGH FOR THE WORST CREDIT...
