            An urgent recall was issue for my vehicle due to risk of a fire. There is currently no fix for the problem. This is the 11th recall for this vehicle and the most dangerous. When contacting the manufacturer I was told nothing could be done, and I just had to wait for a remedy. I haven't driven my car in over a month due to the urgent risk notice. I asked for a rental but manufacturer refuses. This car is a lemon and I do not feel safe strapping my baby into a car seat with a potential fire risk! I'm getting no help from this company to address a problem with their product!             As of February 2023 I canceled my protection plan with Mopar Vehicle protection. It was going to take 10 to 15 business days to refund me 1500 dollars and as of today I have not received anything, I been calling every month and I keep getting the same response, that the check was mail out, I ask the dealer ship finance to email them as well and they give them the same response. I don't recommend anyone to purchase any protection plan from this company. I'm very frustrated and I don't know what else to do anymore. MOPAR is recommending me to cancel AGAIN the check & it will take another 45 businesses day to re issue a new one. It has been almost 6 months and I'm still waiting for that them Check. MOPAR is blaming ***** of not sending the check. I hope someone please help us to resolve this problem.
