I was trying to dispute charges that the bank allowed because someone stole my card and wallet,I filed the paperwork on 6/24/24 but because the printer or some error didnt allow them to transfer all the transactions that occurred in ******* they hand wrote it and missed some and I didnt notice it so they thought I made the transactions and couldnt do anything about it in other words. They claim I didnt call again but i did on 6/29/24 and I asked did they need anymore information from me,the lady told me because I went in person they didnt,I also told her going forward please send me stuff via email because I dont take spam calls and sometimes my phone doesnt receive calls either. So the lady called on 7/11/24 I was on vacation that week so I couldnt reach her and because she couldnt get in contact with me they said theres nothing they can do and Im sorry but this the 4th time my accounts been compromised and they really need to update there security and check for this because of all this they told me they cant do anything and that Im out that money that someone else did basically,they wont reinvestigate my case because of the two missing transactions. I would like an apology and my money returned. I had to get a new card because of this issue and its not my fault someone on the internet decided to do spending spree in ******* on my dime. So the Grubhub and Michigan adventure were me but I lost my card after that and I dont know how the other Michigan adventures charge happened I feel like that was a separate claim but still fraud. Its okay for them not to call me but Im just getting the around from them and Im sick of it and I did get loud but there response was just bs and they didnt help me so whatever. Im including the call log too to show I actually did contact someone. I also would like better monitoring to occur cuz this is ridiculous.Initial Complaint

I am writing to register my complaint regarding a recent incident involving an unjust withdrawal fee of $25 applied to my account. It has come to my attention that this charge was incurred due to the account's inactivity.I find this fee highly unreasonable and feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the bank's decision to impose such charges without a clear explanation or warning. This experience has left me feeling like my money was taken without any valid reason.I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a detailed explanation of the circumstances leading to the imposition of the withdrawal fee. Furthermore, I insist on a refund of the $25 promptly.
