This is the second time this year a part broke on my HVAC system I'm so over spending a month or 2 with either no heat in the coldest part of the winter and no cold during the hottest time of the summer. I would not recommend service professor for a new HVAC, also I pay 15 a month for fast service, I had to wait more then a month (almost 2)for them to fix it. PRICE GOUGING .... Charge ***** to come out for an assessment taking 45 minutes. In that time see/search most can charge a customer. I needed new toilet, garbage disposal, and faucet installed. The items cost $450.00. It took him 2 and a half hours cost ******* # times as much to install items then it cost for them? Inflation is high because of companies like this DO NOT USE go elsewhere they are a racket.The Service Professor LLC Response

Had work on my furnace and the technician took it upon himself to snip a cable to decommission my furnace's air purification feature. Phoned to complain and was scheduled a follow-up to come to my house next day. Did not happen. Got a call back from Jason who "just had questions" about my complaint. No resolution. Scheduled a $19.99 bathtub drain cleaning. They called back to say because I am not the owner of the condo, my son is, he had to call them to authorize the order. He called them as requested and the said the charge would change from $19.99 to $ 299.00. Unbeleavable bait and switch, I will be using an other company.The Service Professor LLC Response

The technicians did a good job cleaning roots from our main drain but the cost of the job for the time they were there - about 2 hours - was 3 or 4 times what it probably should have been. 4200 dollars ! Come on. I heard that they were a good company but after my experience I will not be calling them again.The Service Professor LLC Response

These people are pure criminals, thinking that they can do anything at this point and not get in trouble. They sent out to me a 20 year old rookie that didn't even know how to unravel the sewer snake. The dude took 6 hours !!!! ....to do nothing but fake like he cleaned the sewer pipe when actually he did nothing but walk up and down the basement stairs a few times, then acted like he didn't know what was wrong with the snake, and finally tried to sell the camera drill to us. We didn't realize he actually did nothing and left the toilet unscrewed and loose after 6 hours with nothing accomplished. How are you people allowing these aholes to still operate in this state?Review from eddie S

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. The crew are not experience plumbers. The so-called plumber, broke our new sink instead of cleaning the clog problem that we hired them for. Later they told us that we needed to replace the pipes! The new so-called plumber they sent demanded to pay them over $700.00 dollars to replace the pipe they broke. Supervisor was rude and unprofessional. It looks like this is not the first time they use this practice with other customers. Big Scam!Review from Lori B

Very Upset that I have been trying to get a copy of a detailed invoice since Oct 24. I have two different billing statements with huge $$$ gaps. Never received the refund for the overcharge. I was told a check (not for the amount showing in the difference) had been mailed twice. I received two other families' mail with my address, who received mine? No communication, it is always an excuse They didn't leave my house cleaner, I had to go behind them and sweep up all of their mess, even leaving their jacket behind. Very disappointed. I returned their jacket when I called for service a couple of days after the furnace installation. It was a simple fix, but for VIP membership I had to wait overnight for service. What about 15% off all completed service work (maximum discount of $250 per Invoice) with VIP membership? How do I cancel this plan?Review from Ronald F

SERVICE PROFESSOR OF GRAND RAPIDS offered a free furnace tune up thru DTE. the rep came at the appointed time. Explained all of the program. Went thru the furnace showing what was going to be a problem. Current furnace is 11 yrs old and showing wear. Will need new soon. If Fix now: 1. Blower bearing 2. Heat igniter has crack starting (cost $380) 3. Corrosion starting on HEAT EXCHANGER 4. Problem diode color change on control panel 5. Blower capacitor showing low output TOTAL COST OF REPAIRS $5200 IF PURCHASED BEFORE 2/1/2024 NEW FURNACE @$15,000 AFTER 2/1 INCREASE TO $18000. I purchased the ignited from a local dealer @ $180 and installed it myself., only to find out old one was ok. They also offer a warrantee For $14.99 mo only gives 15% off totals . "ALWAYS REMEMBER NOTHING IS EVER FREE'' and get second quotes.
