I went to Burger King ******************* ************ ** ***** # **** I ordered 3 full meals and extra side items the order taker did not listen to my order and did not take my order as i asked. He did not repeat it back to me either. his name was *********When i went to the second window i told the black man my order was wrong. he said hers your food take it then closed the window. NOTE the lobby was closed @ 7:28 pm.I called the store a few rimes today no one answer the phone. I then went up to the store today.I has talked to the Spanish manager about it she said give me the food ill replace it . remember this happened last night. she did seem to care or wanna try making it right . then she walked away. so i left..@ whopper combos , Whoopers with potato buns, Onion rings and drinks, what i ordered never received.Remember the order taker didn't take my order right and i did tell the person at the window he did not care as well said i just did what the screen said i asked if he can fix it he said take your food then closed the drive thru window.. i figure management would fix if the next day today and she did NOT..I received - Whoppers on buns wrong I asked for Onion rings got fries.Sprites lacking syrup. and i asked for no ice and received half cup of ice. these two meal was a bust. the Bacon Melt broken ****** ***** all broken up looks old, the Med Onion ring was cold, Soft drink half full of ice when asked for no ice the 2 side items was ** fri and Chicken fries both cold the Chicken fries was so hard you can use them as a nail. old dried out.REMEEMBER i brought it to the attention to the guy at the window and he did not care and closed the drive show window on me NOT when placing my order the *************** told me to come to window place my ********** would not listen to me & kept closing the window on me when i was trying to talk to him. Neither people listen to me, Manage today didn't help not seem o care today.saying wheres the food day later
