After several quotes from other companies I decided to go with Privacy Fence ** because of their service. The communication has been great from day one! Every person there has been great to work with and they got our fence up quickly! I recommend them to everyone!

Disappointing experience. Do not recommend. The wood and wire fence we received is not of the same quality as the picture provided with the invoice. The owners assured us all workmen were employees (but they used unfettered subcontractors who were ill equipped to handle winter installation and quit the job without notice). They assured us the higher material charges on the invoice were due to use of a superior supplier (better than box stores) but the quality of the materials specified on the invoice were not realized: 16ga verses 14ga wire; rough lumber/ studs verses prime and S4S lumber. If we hadnt insisted on a design modification to compensate for the weaker gauge wire, there would have been an abundance of lumber left over. We were told there would be plenty of extra dirt from post holes (which were concreted) which was to be used to fill gaps under the fence panels over uneven ground. But these professionals placed the bottom rail directly on uneven ground resulting in a very wavy/ uneven top line. We were told that back filling the post holes was our responsibility. We were promised a walk through and guarantee of complete satisfaction at the end of the project but neither happened. In disputing this breach, they made an adjustment to the balance owed and we forfeited the 10 year warranty we had received on day one of the install.. We will not have them back and have already begun addressing workmanship flaws including reworking 3 of the 4 gates- one of which has already sagged making it difficult to open.
