f you're considering Mitchell's Solutions, you will want to read this. I've been in the construction/sales and real estate industry for about 24 years. I've had much experience with tradesmen and installers. Unfortunately the current times have brought about laziness, rushed work, lack of quality, uncleanliness, greed and lack of care for the final outcome. I'm lucky I met Shane and had him quote out some projects for me. Not only was he fairly priced, he had what most tradesmen in this industry lack nowadays. That would be honesty, integrity, cleanliness, timeliness and care for his clients and his workmanship. These are dying traits in the industry. It's like finding a unicorn, but I found one! I was building a brand new house and the jobs he completed for me were as follows. All exterior siding installation, deck construction, kitchen cabinet installation, interior doors/casing trim install, lvp flooring installation, and a large Master suite tile shower installation. Everything turned out nicely because of his attention to detail and care for his workmanship. Any little thing that may have got overlooked, he followed through and gladly took care of it. I knew from the beginning I could count on him which is why I gave him as many jobs on the house that I could. I assure you if you choose Mitchell's Solutions you will not run into common issues you would with other tradesmen, like them asking for an absurd amount of money before the job starts, or asking for additional money during the job or in the end that wasn't agreed upon, you won't get any back talk or aggressive behavior, and he won't make you feel like you are a trespasser in your own home. Shane will always be my go-to contractor for any of my future remodeling or construction needs. I cannot recommend him enough. Call him for your next job, you will be glad that you did

Shanes work went above and beyond what I asked for with my porch window and doors replacement. The work done was high quality, extremely neat and very detail oriented. He had great ideas and vision for this project and kept me up-to-date on all phases of the work. Wonderful to work with! ***** and crew worked through days of different weather to transform a weather beaten stockade fence into a show piece vinyl fence. Chilly, rainy, sun baked, 96 degree temperature never stopped the progress. ******* devotion to perfection continued until the finish. As expected from a professional, the clean-up also deserves praise, they did more than could be expected, unless you knew they were working, the premises was cleaner and looked better than when they started. ******* expertise and care taken to do the best work possible, make's him and the company the first and only company to do more projects at my home in the future. I highly recommend ***** for your project.
