      Had them come out to discuss a gas furnace and a central air unit .they talked me out of it for a big electric air mover which they said would be more energy efficient and its not I went from a 250 to 300 dollar electric bill too a 1000 dollar month electric bill .*** contacted them multiple times about the issue telling them I cant afford it and wanted them to take it out and put in what I asked for in the first place and they ignore me ,the owner made a date and time to come out and discuss the matter and never showed also didnt answer the phone calls or return them for that matter very crappy management/ownership .I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone !! Also had them put new duct work in I had to have them back a couple times to fix them because they were cut out crooked in my ceiling and the vents were falling out.they charged me ***** dollars for there service and wont even call you back or work with you to put a furnace that I can afford .I shouldnt have to go get another loan from another company for this issue they should take care of there customer and there satisfaction.very disappointed with this company

      "Extremely" dishonest sales management. Only thing they didn't lie about was having their team on stand by to install. Caution when dealing with this company. A reputable company will pull permits too!

      They came to my house gave me a qoute, the didnt tell me that included a “upgrade” or get my consent to do the “upgrade. I had a different company come in and up grade my filter to. 4” change every 6 months. Peaks put a 1” change every month filter and charged me 1700$ for 4’ of duct work and a 1” filter kit. The work was done on 11/8/23, they didnt have all the parts to complete the job, there were gaps from the duct work to the furnace, and the cardboard was duct taped on. My gas bill literally tripled and it took 3 weeks for them to come back to finish the install. The sales manager told me to shut up and listen after refusing my call for a month. They finally came back after 2 months and put a 4” filter back. Ive asked for the owner to call me and i have yet to receive a call. I was told first payment is feb. Now im 2 months behind. They told me they did the upgrade because i needed it for the furnace, even though i already had 1. So they wont change the invoice. They lied and said they got a permit. The permit wasnt pulled until last week. 2 months after the job is done. I would not recommend this company.

      Bought complete system, told 5 day install took 6 wks still not complete. That was April this is now end of September, Overcharged, wont give correct refund, buy ac get furnace free charges 7000 for furnace got 1100 back, I do not recommend this company. Furnace had to be repaired before it could be used, new transformer, broken wires, put in broken breaker, used thermostat hard to get responses got lawyer involved still no response

      Did work without pulling permits, pulled the mechanical permit after i complained still waiting on an electrical permit to be submitted even after the work is completed! Great people, But lack of communication and sloppy work! Shady company! Overpriced Too many excuses! I had to do some repairs on siding, and drywall because of damage from them i had to install the thermostat correctly! Not recommended

      The serviceman **** wanted full payment up front before he would put in 4 pounds of freon with stop leak agent. I live alone and am handicapped so I was at his mercy.He charged me $1,514.72 for doing this and I asked for a receipt which he said company would mail me. U friends and family said I definitely was overcharged. I got this service on 7/26/2023 .I have called several times for work receipt and emailed them and asked that I at least receive a senior discount which they offer. As i. Am 81 years old i. Should qualify plus I wanted to see itemized statement of charges. Spoke to owner 2 weeks ago and he said he would look into it. I called again today and gave my email etc 8/37/2023 for second time. I along with friends and family feel taken by overcharge scam possibly. I feel I need some sort of refund and senior discount along with a paid receipt. Help

      They quoted us a 3-5 day installment… it was over SIX WEEKS! we told them the biggest reason we are switching to forced air heat is to get heat on the level that you walk into the house because our daughter’s room is down there and it’s the coldest area in the house, they said it wouldn’t be a problem.they informed us that they might have to take some of the ceiling tiles down in the basement for the duct work we asked if they needed us to do it, they said no they will handle it Then they took down the ceiling tiles and when I say “took down” They literally ripped them off the ceiling and dropped them on all our things! Couches we had down there everything! They left the biggest mess I had ever seen! In our daughter’s room she had muddy foot prints on her white comforter, they spilled her trash and stepped on it, and she had saw dust and insulation on and in her bed. Then they said they were putting the house on a 2 zone system which is great, but I said if they do that and put the lower level with the highest level floor wouldn’t that be bad because the upper level is really hot and the lower level is really cold they said that’s not how it would go and the two lower levels would be on the same zone and the highest level would be by itself. Well after MONTHS of not being able to figure out why our daughters room was still cold we called them and said that we need to get it inspected and they have one chance to fix the stuff (the registers wouldn’t fit in the holes they cut, the ones that did fit the duck work fell out because they cut them wrong, daughters room still freezing etc.) so they come over and the tech was super nice and couldn’t believe the work they did and didn’t do! So they came and “fixed” that. Then they reached out to us was our fault that the ceiling tiles were like that because it not their job to do demo … they never told us in advance to do it and after we offered to do it and they said no! We will see if this even passes the inspection
