Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/24) */ Customer called on 11/4. Estimate was scheduled for 11/11. Estimate was completed on 11/11. Customer contacted our office on 11/13 (we were closed over the weekend) saying he hadn't received his estimate. Customer contacted the BBB and lodged a complaint saying he hadn't received his estimate. Previous emails had been exchanged with customer letting him know that it takes several days before he would receive the estimate. Estimate was emailed on 11/15 and customer stated he didn't received it. Estimate was again emailed to him at the same email address again on 11/18. Our office followed up to be sure he had received it.
