Awful company. Got bed bugs from a booking and although we told the owner in person and submitted a complaint. Was told no compensation would be given as the owner wasn’t notified. Booking.com just kept telling me to contact the owner for a refund. No customer recourse, will never use again.

They have not refunded my credit card for a room that wasn’t used because property was unable to charge my card for security deposit. Cannot talk to customer service without creating an account with these scammers.

Booking.com you should be ashamed of yourselves. I booked a hotel room, received a confirmation email and even called to confirm with the hotel. I showed up and the hotel was overbooked. This is nothing less than dirty, greedy, and immoral tactics to ensure you’re squeezing every ounce of profit from us as possible. My girlfriend and I were left stranded in an unfamiliar city with no where to stay. This company is disgusting and should be shut down if they believe overbooking is okay. Is making sure you don’t have any empty rooms really worth leaving people stranded? I can not tell enough people to never ever use booking.com. If I had the money I would pay to run ads against there platform.

Reserved through booking.com, and cannot EVER reach customer service for any answers! This is despicable, and I am not even sure how they have managed to stay in business with deplorable customer service

They scammed me! I arrived and was told by the property that there was no booking. The next day they miraculously had a booking and refused to give me a refund even though I had to book another room elsewhere.

Never waste your hard earned money on Vivid Seats. If the event is "rescheduled" you CAN NOT get a refund. Then the tickets are magically transferred to the dreaded Ticketmaster whom has never ever been any help except to themselves. Allianz insurance WAS purchased, but they do not refund "rescheduled" events. I am told that American Airlines Center supposedly forgot about the big ball game they had on the calendar for original night of the event . Booking.com is no better, tried to cancel the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas Downtown . NO REFUND there either. Most places will refund a week in advance . Neither took the blame . ****** ******* We really wanted to see you on May 25th Dallas, I couldn't make it on the 22nd due to working to pay for the tickets and motel . Each one of these so called fine companies blame the other, and you will just be out the money . Expensive and Hard lesson Learned ( event was on the 25th (Saturday) we got an email on the 20th (Monday) that it was rescheduled to the 20th (Wednesday). Who can take off at a drop of the hat and go to another state for an event, when motel is booked for the weekend )

I recently rented a car with Booking.com for the rental to be with Hertz. I was told I would pay $50 at the time of pickup but was charged $84. I got in touch with Booking.com and was pretty much told what they they me was an estimate. Going forward I know what my choice will be.

Terrible! I looked into a stay and they asked my card number before showing the total! There was no chance to see the total before I was charged. Disgusting and manipulative.

Booking.com was issued a refund for my hotel stay, but they refuse to give me the money for it. They have effectively stolen my money, and the representatives have no interest in assisting me, and hang up on me everytime that I call.
