In March 2024, I logged on to ********************** of **** and Wildlife to take a hunters safety course. I paid for the course with a credit card. Then a month later, I got an email with a bill attached from huntwise.com saying that my credit card was being charged $59.99, but I had not signed up for, nor do I wish to use the service. In addition, the billing is set as recurring. I attempted to contact the company but there is only a ******************************** email address. I have not received a response. This class was taken through the ********************** of **** and Wildlife website and it is unbelievable that they would share my credit card information.

In December 2023, I logged on to **** **** and took a hunters safety course. I paid for the course with a credit card. Then a month later, I got an email with a bill attached from **** **** saying that my credit card was being charged $59.99, but I had not signed up for, nor was using this continued service. In addition, the billing is recurring. After attempting to cancel the service that I did not order, I received an auto reply which came from Sportsman Tracker which states that my request is being reviewed by their support staff, but no other correspondence has been received. This company is using predatory practices by providing a one-time hunter safety training, then auto enrolling customers into a service hitting them with recurring charges of $59.99 that cannot be cancelled. The only resolution was to cancel my credit card and open an investigation through my credit card company.

After taking a hunter safety class in November 2023, I was offered 3 months free of huntwise. We signed up and after determining it was not the app for us, I tried to cancel the subscription 1 month before it ended. After trying over and over either error messages, I was given the option to delete the account. I deleted the account, and could no longer sign in etc Fast forward to today, ************'ve been charged money for a subscription on and account that DOESN'T EXIST! i even tried to sign in again to see if it wasn't deleted and I can't get in. I also can't seem to get a hold of anyone on their customer support team to resolve this issue. I have attached proof of the email the account was originally set up with and now says it's not a valid email after the account was deleted.

I attempted to sign up for a Pro User Account with **********************. ********************** sent me a user code that never worked and I was never able to complete my user account; I never actually had an account. Nonetheless ********************** has been charging my credit card annually for several years. I just happened to discover the charge when reviewing my statement. Huntwise does not have a customer service department one can reach telephonically. Additionally, despite my requests via email I have yet to receive a response from Huntwise.
