Complaint is against ****************, *** located at *************************************** phone ************.The 3 Mile Rd. is the nearest AAA address I could find on BBB's site. I purchased their services during 2021. One summer only. However, today, September 19, 2022, AAA told me they changed it to a subscription based service and it continues until you stop it.I only saw them once during summer of 2022 and only once. They left a tag on my door. I never saw them again. I assumed they stopped at my home once on an error. This is a scheming way to do business; order the service one year then the next year claim it was a subscription based service that never stops.

I contracted AAA to perform fertilizer and weed control last season. The first couple applications were good. In July we moved. We cancelled services at one location and started at another location. After receiving a letter from a collection agency stating we owed money for both locations I called AAA. I was told by both individuals I spoke with that I never cancelled services. (Not true) Also, that I set up services for both addresses with one billing address. (Not true) Services were supposed to stop at one location and begin at new location. I attempted to explain to both individuals that I did cancel services and new services to begin at new address. Because their is no evidence on their computer of either occurring I need to pay in full. I explained that prior to moving each statement was paid in full. Their is no reason why I wouldnt pay. I received a statement at my new address (not the billing address on their file they say) this combatting their argument that I set up one billing address and two service addresses. I asked if I could pay for services totaling $119 at new address and not pay for balance of $169 at old address. AAA states that I need to pay in full because their is no evidence in their system indicating what I am saying. Therefore, I am the one who erred and they are the ones correct.
