I made reservations through Priceline for this hotel for the night of 12/1/2022 for $68.97. Upon arrival to the hotel there were several things that were very upsetting to me: the hotel lobby smelled very strongly of a bleach disinfectant, the entire first floor was under construction and smelled of cigarettes, my bed had pubic hair in it. I could not stay there. I called Priceline and they said if the hotel agreed I could get a refund. I was there when the hotel manager talked to Priceline and agreed to give me a refund. It is even in the Priceline notes that they offered me a 15% off coupon at this time because of my bad experience. I booked another hotel with Priceline for that night.I received my credit card statement and discovered I was charged for both hotels and no refund for the first reservation. Priceline states the hotel has a no cancellation policy and will not refund my money. ********* called the hotel and was told by the manager, *****, that they do not allow cancellations.Thank you for assisting me with this complaint.
