      I purchased a 2018 ***** Colorado ZR2 from **********. At ****** miles, I started having issues with it. The vehicle was displaying an engine light. The first issue was resolved, but now at 73,000miles, the engine light is back on. It is showing that there are timing chain issues. This shouldn't happen until a vehicle reaches about 1****** miles. Turns out, after a little research, that the oil that is supposed to be used is only provided by the dealership and GM. If any other brand of synthetic oil is used, it will cause all kinds of problems with sensors in the vehicle. When I made an appointment with ****, and waited 2 weeks for the appointment, they told me, when I got there, that it was a "drop off" appointment. Everyone there had a scowl on their face and everyone I spoke with was incredibly rude. I couldn't "drop off" my vehicle as I live more than 30 miles away. What's the point of making a "drop-off" appointment? A vehicle can be "dropped off" any time. They were just swamped with work and wanted to give me the brush off. GM and ********** better get their act straightened up, or more people are going to buy electric vehicles and then all those mechanics will be out of a job.

      Bought a 2020 impala, before we bought this vehicle there were no scratches. After a few days they had the car detailed according to sales person who sold ** the impala. He said he didnt se any scratches on the vehicle either before getting it detailed. We picked up the impala, got it home rt away. Parked it in the garage and as soon as I got out of the car I looked down and on the door there was a deep 10inch scratch on it. They had cleaned it up or touched it up so you couldnt see it rt away. Especially in the bright sunlight. I called took pictures and sent them to the sales person. Brought the car back and they were surprised and said that someone cleaned it up pretty good. But said it was so deep that it would have to be painted. I paid over 27 thousand for this car. They said the people who detailed the car didnt see any scratches. They couldnt have missed this. The manager sent us a bill of over 500 dollars to fix it. I said that they should fix this problem since I bought it without the scratches. I think they should fix this problem. The manager said they couldnt pay for this. What good business doesnt fix something done on the vehicle that was sold to us without scratches. They said their business doesnt tell people about these kind of things and that the sales person probably didnt know about this problem. I dont believe this. I believe it was done there and they tried cleaning it up. Buffing it so it wouldnt be so noticeable. Im very disappointed with their service. Especially paying such a high price. They made good money trading in our 2014 impala that looked brand new with low mileage. . Thank you ***********************

      I just had my engine diagnosed here. I had an appointment at 10am and did not hear back from them until the following day between 4 and 5p.m., even after calling 6 times and leaving two voicemails, unable to reach anyone except the receptionist who knows nothing. When they returned my call, they claimed I needed new timing, a $2,000 repair. I then had my mother's friends look at it and he said that the engine was just dirty and that the things that they claim they found inside my engine were not there. He is very upset that they would try to take advantage of me like this and I am as well. They are very deceitful and should not be allowed to be in a business of scamming people because of their naivety. I have their lies in writing. I hate that I cannot trust mechanics for this very reason.

      I stand behind our dealership that the work needed to be done to prolong the life of the vehicle. 

      If we were to have numerous or even a few complaints of this nature I would be very concerned but as you can see with our BBB track record, we don't.
