            **** Wenzel is a dishonest company. They sold me a Certified Pre Owned Yukon with several defects and the warranty nor **** Wenzel covered them. After 7 dealer visits for a defective driver's seat, it is still not fixed and causes me daily pain. My vehicle also arrived with a leaking antenna seal, clogged sunroof, non working drive assist system and undisclosed damage. My warranty didn't help me with these issues and **** Wenzel could care less. Run. Fast. They are crooks.

            Dishonest dealership! I called ******* couple weeks ago that i was interested in trading in my truvk for an suv because i am pregnant and will need more room he said he had a yukon available but in order to give me numbers i neded to submit application i ask him if it was soft inquiry or hard he said soft inquiry well that was not true i have 2 hard inquiries on my credit and i ended up not buying anything from them because they first wanted to force into buying a truck i didn not like then i went to see a different one and finally gave me numbres after weeks of waiting because truck was in service they said my payment would be 1138 i told them i would talk to my husband about it ******* and **** ask what i needed in order to sign to buy truck i ask my husband and we ask them to lower payment well **** said will see went to get papers came back and said well actually your payment will be 1209 intead of the 1138 that they first offered .. such a horrible experience that i do not recommend and i feel very upset about the inquiries on my credit and no new vehicle
